Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to lead and oversee the design, analysis, and execution of marine structural engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Analysis Leadership: Lead the design and analysis of marine structural systems, including breakwaters, piers, wharves, docks, and offshore platforms.
  • Complex Analysis and Design: Perform complex structural analysis and design calculations using industry-standard software and methodologies.
  • Technical Documentation: Oversee the preparation and review of technical reports, design documents, and construction drawings.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Site Assessments and Inspections: Conduct site assessments and inspections to evaluate structural performance and identify potential issues.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, including local and international guidelines.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Project Proposal Development: Contribute to the development of project proposals, including scope, cost estimates, and technical solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in structural analysis and design software is a plus (e.g., STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, Tekla, AutoCAD).
