ShalePro Energy Services is seeking a skilled Roustabout Technician to join our team. As a Roustabout Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to oil and gas field services, including tank installation and repairs, structural steel platform installation, and general site cleanup.

• Tank Installation and Repair: Install and repair tanks, including 400Bbl tanks, GPUs, combustors, DEHY, VRU, and other equipment.
• Structural Steel Platform Installation: Install structural steel platforms and catwalks for oil and gas field operations.
• General Site Cleanup: Perform general site cleanup, including removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Rigging and Setting of Equipment: Rig and set equipment, including tanks, pipes, and other equipment.
• Concrete and Cement Work: Perform concrete and cement work, including pouring and finishing concrete.
• Piping Installation and Repair: Install and repair piping, including steel, HDPE Poly pipe, stainless steel tubing, and other materials.
• Flange Alignment and Bolt-Up: Align and bolt-up flanges, including proper torqueing techniques.
• PSV and Valve Installation: Install PSV and valve equipment.
• Underground Piping Applications: Apply coatings and cathodic protection to underground piping.
• General Knowledge of Excavations: Have a general knowledge of excavations, including safety procedures and equipment operation.
• Offloading of Materials: Offload materials, including equipment and supplies.
• General Yard Maintenance: Perform general yard maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of grounds and buildings.
• Hauling Gravel: Haul gravel for tank battery, pad construction, and general road upkeep.
• Environmental and Sedimentation Control: Perform environmental and sedimentation control, including clean up of environmental spills.

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
• Physical Demands: Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally, driving, walking, standing frequently, exposure to adverse weather, cramped conditions, and some heavy lifting.
• Visits to Industrial Settings: Visits to industrial settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Occasional Overnight Travel: Occasional overnight travel may be required.
