Job Summary:The Lead Practice Nurse will be responsible for:

The Lead Practice Nurse will be responsible for:
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Providing education and support to patients and families
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Managing patient flow and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient care delivery
- Leading quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- 2-3 years of nursing experience in a primary or specialty care physician's office
- AHA CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
