Job Summary

The Clinical Pharmacist is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to patients. This includes monitoring medication regimens, providing interventions, and supporting pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor patient medication regimens and provide appropriate interventions
  • Support all aspects of pharmacy operations
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree
  • PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
  • Minimum of 1 year of hospital clinical pharmacy experience
  • Completion of hospital PGY1/ pharmacy general practice residency or fellowship
  • Specialty BCPS certification
  • Active pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate Missouri State Board of Pharmacy
  • Missouri Medications Therapy Management Certification within 60 days of hire
