Main Responsibilities

- Develop and implement operational plans, collaborating with the Sr. Regional Director of Operations.
- Maintain accurate patient data, adhering to records retention schedules and confidentiality requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on operations or patient care.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify and address operational challenges.
- Proficiency in practice management systems and data analysis software.
