Key Responsibilities:

  • As the Lead Identity Architect, you will be responsible for designing a contemporary Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform that ensures secure, dependable, scalable, and efficient systems.
  • This senior-level role involves close collaboration with development teams, digital product teams, and various departments across the airline to weave identity security into the product lifecycle from conception to deployment.
  • You will be recognized as an authority in IAM-related issues, providing insights on new tools, evaluating proposed application modifications, and offering guidance on identity protocols and their integration.
  • Lead the design and documentation of the IAM platform architecture and roadmap.
  • Define and implement security standard processes and Cybersecurity and Digital Risk policies to ensure that product development teams in Digital Technology are well-informed.
  • Recommend and implement products and services that align with operational needs and security requirements.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our security strategy based on risk assessment and business goals.
  • Engage in capacity planning, performance testing, and disaster recovery discussions to ensure a resilient and high-performing IAM platform.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor junior members of the IAM team.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a STEM field.
  • At least 9 years of experience with IAM platforms such as ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, and others.
  • Expertise in modern software development lifecycles and automated cloud infrastructure deployment.
  • Familiarity with controls such as Privileged Account Management (PAM) and Identity Governance and Administration.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance is essential for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree.
  • Certifications such as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
  • Knowledge of RDBMS, DataPower, and Multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Over 10 years of proven experience with IAM platforms or related fields.
