Job Description:

  • Ongoing Reporting and Processes (40%):
    • Manage our internal processes for various monthly reports and analysis using Excel, PowerBI, and Coupa Advanced Analytics.
    • Assist Category Managers in measuring savings and EBITA impact.
    • Support analysis and documentation efforts.
    • Upload diversity data into client's systems monthly.
    • Manage the supplier name normalization cleanup process.
  • Deliver Insights (40%):
    • Support field members in understanding newly created reports.
    • Coch them on optimizing current initiatives for efficiency and cost-effectiveness through Microsoft Teams calls.
    • Utilize multiple data sources to create reports and draw insights.
  • Investigate Opportunities (20%):
    • Assist Category Manager in category analysis as needed.
    • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address business and technical issues surrounding data and systems.
    • Collaborate with Procurement leaders and lead small-medium projects related to reporting, analysis, and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, MIS, or other quantitative disciplines.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or analytics roles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and grow continuously.
