Position Overview

Blake & Pendleton Inc. stands as the premier Sullair Distributor in the Southeast, dedicated to enhancing energy efficiency and optimizing compressed air applications in various industrial settings.

We are in search of a proactive Warehouse and Parts Support Specialist for our Winston, GA Branch. This role is pivotal in supporting a dynamic team of Service Technicians and will report directly to the Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Warehouse and Parts Support Specialist encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Receiving and transferring parts
  • Organizing parts according to customer requests and staging tickets
  • Placing orders for necessary parts
  • Managing service parts returns, storage, and adjustments
  • Maintaining inventory for service vehicles
  • Scheduling and organizing monthly preventive maintenance parts
  • Conducting research for specialty parts
  • Researching and pricing parts for return trips
  • Processing vendor or warranty claims
  • Confirming and dispatching transfers along with packing slips
  • Assisting the Office Manager with part pickups and deliveries
  • Supporting job quoting processes
  • Assisting in obtaining purchase orders for materials and services
  • Reviewing and entering service technician time for inventory management
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a warehouse and parts support capacity
  • At least 3 years of experience operating forklifts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Able to comprehend work-related documents, including operator and parts manuals, standard operating procedures, and technical specifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking
  • Self-motivated in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to adhere to established procedures and meet deadlines
