Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate At Home Senior Caregiver to join our team in the Durham area. As a caregiver, you will provide personal care and companionship to our clients, assisting them with daily living activities and promoting their independence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
  • Provide continuous companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging them in activities and conversations.
  • Assist clients with transportation to appointments and errands.
  • Monitor clients' physical, emotional, and mental conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to our office.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and our office staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of caregiving experience.
  • Valid Driver's License REQUIRED.
  • Must have personal, reliable transportation to and from shifts.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must comply with all agency policies.
  • Dementia/Alzheimer's experience a plus.
  • CNA a plus.
