Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mill Operator to join our production team at Union Special LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience working with manual milling machines and have strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate manual milling machines 0-8, 1224, and Bridge Ports
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve precise results
  • Maintain accurate records of machine performance and quality control
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth production flow
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field; preferably in milling operations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
  • $17.00 - $20.00 per hour salary range
