    • Evaluación general del desempeño en las funciones laborales esenciales:
    • Recibe a los clientes al ingresar al Centro Médico y proporciona información según se solicite, manteniendo la confidencialidad de los pacientes.
    • Monitorea y filtra a los visitantes y miembros del equipo al ingresar a las instalaciones de acuerdo con las pautas específicas.
    • Responde cortésmente a las llamadas telefónicas, dirige las llamadas y proporciona información a clientes internos y externos, miembros del equipo y personal médico.
    • Opera el sistema telefónico principal, respondiendo llamadas entrantes, interoficina, información de pacientes y llamadas de emergencia.
    • Mantiene un archivo del personal y departamentos del Centro Médico por nombre y números de extensión.
    • Monitorea la seguridad, operaciones de planta, enfermería y radio de valet cuando sea necesario.
    • Recibe información sobre desastres y notifica al personal y departamentos correspondientes. Es responsable de emitir la página de 'todo claro' cuando sea apropiado.
    • Encargado de emitir todas las páginas de códigos y ERT's.
    • Clasifica y abre el correo para su distribución, prepara el correo saliente, re-direcciona el correo no entregable con direcciones incompletas o incorrectas, mantiene un registro del correo certificado y debe estar alerta a cartas o paquetes sospechosos que se entreguen a la sala de correo, conociendo el procedimiento adecuado para manejar y aislar estos artículos.
    • Mantiene un registro de proveedores/visitantes aprobado.
    • Transporta o acompaña a los pacientes, según el protocolo, y realiza la entrega al miembro del equipo receptor.
  • EDUCACIÓN/CERTIFICACIÓN/OTROS REQUISITOS
    • Requisito mínimo:
      • Diploma de secundaria o GED.
      • Disfrutar trabajar con personas y proyectar una imagen positiva para el Centro Médico.

    • Trabaja en interiores en un entorno de oficina/clínica.
    • El nivel de ruido es generalmente moderado.
  • REQUISITOS FÍSICOS

    • Frecuentemente se requiere moverse dentro del departamento.
    • Comunicación constante, tanto telefónica como cara a cara, con colegas y clientes.
    • Operar una computadora y un teléfono de manera constante.
    • Levantar y/o mover hasta 10 libras de manera constante.
    • Levantar y/o mover hasta 25 libras con frecuencia.
    • Levantar y/o mover hasta 50 libras ocasionalmente.
    • Las habilidades visuales específicas requeridas para este trabajo incluyen visión cercana, visión a distancia, visión de color, visión periférica y percepción de profundidad.
