Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages, from birth to geriatric, with a range of communication disorders, including Autism, Late-talkers, SLI, Articulation and Phonological disorders, Stuttering, Dysphonia, Aphasia, Pragmatic and social delays, and Verbal Apraxia of Speech.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication disorders
- Conduct standardized assessments to diagnose communication disorders
- Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients and their families
- Document and store treatment plans and progress reports
- Collaborate with other professionals, including occupational therapists and social workers
- Previous experience in speech pathology or a related field
- Familiarity with communication disorders and evidence-based practices
- Ability to build rapport with patients and their families
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Current SLP, SLPA, or RPE license
- Competitive hourly rate of $50.00
