We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Technician to join our team at Methodist Hospital Westover Hills. As a PRN employee, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule and work at our state-of-the-art hospital.
Responsibilities:- Assist physicians in obtaining and entering data into the Physiologic Monitoring System for accurate assessment of left and/or right-sided Hemodynamic pressure measurements.
- Identify cardiac structures, coronary vasculature, and associated disease processes.
- Ensure proper equipment setup, accurate monitoring, and quality data collection.
- Report Ejection Fraction by demonstrating proficiency in the assessment of Cardiac function, utilizing Left Ventricular Analysis program(s).
- Archive Angiographic and procedural data for long-term storage.
- High School graduate or GED
- One (1) year fulltime Invasive Cardiovascular Technology experience
- Associate Degree or equivalent college hours in health, science, natural science, nursing, engineering, or any primary science or higher
- Graduate of an accredited program in Invasive Cardiovascular Technology
