Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Lead to join our team in Little Rock, AR. This is a full-time opportunity with generous benefits and overtime hours available. In addition, this position offers growth opportunities in a stable and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Team Lead, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating training with team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Communicating and coordinating daily issues with other supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Staying aware of production requirements and understanding order sheet specifications to ensure timely and accurate production.
  • Troubleshooting machine issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Ensuring all company policies are enforced and adhered to.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Management experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Extrusion experience and knowledge of resin conveying systems.
  • Ability to work a fixed night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule.
  • Minimum three years of experience in an industrial environment.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.
