Division Overview
TMHCC Stop Loss, a prominent $2 billion division within TMHCC, specializes in offering medical stop loss insurance to employers. This type of insurance provides an essential layer of protection for organizations that opt to self-fund their health benefit plans, safeguarding them against the financial risks associated with catastrophic claims.

Position Summary
Under supervision, the Marketing Analyst will engage in daily operations essential for effectively servicing the current Captives Market during renewals and throughout the policy lifecycle, while also identifying new business opportunities with a focus on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Captive Requests for Proposal (RFP) Inbox, collaborating with Underwriting across all regions to ensure timely and accurate offerings of new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the Captive and Regional Sales teams to maintain up-to-date proposal logs and reports.
  • Prepare monthly reports detailing all current Captives, including distribution to Captive producers.
  • Collaborate with the Data Warehouse team to ensure internal reporting systems accurately reflect Captive data as per established agreements.
  • Ensure that internal company websites for captive partners are accessible and provide necessary information.
  • Create and maintain all Captive Agreements for both new and renewal business, including Participation and Reinsurance Agreements.
  • Work alongside Premium Accounting and Captive producers to address late premium issues.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the Captive Shared Drive.
  • Collaborate closely with Policy Administration to ensure timely information provision and policy delivery to all captive clients.
  • Maintain the Captive Implementation Checklist and apply it to all new and renewal business to ensure compliance with all required items.
Education, Experience & Knowledge:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures relevant to the role.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Advanced organizational and analytical abilities, with a proven capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Awareness of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments pertinent to the business environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
