About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation. As a key member of our outpatient clinic, you will play a vital role in providing functional rehabilitation to individuals with complex neurological injuries.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Regularly reassess treatment plans and collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes and provide education and resources to patients and families.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
  • Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
  • Current CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.
  • Minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred.
