Job Summary

Kennedy-Donovan Center seeks a highly skilled Clinical Director to lead our Community Developmental Services Division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical support structure and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in behavior analytic principles and a strong focus on Positive Behavioral Supports. A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field, is required, along with an active BCBA Certification, LICSW, or Psychologist licensure. A minimum of five years of clinical experience and one year of supervision and staff training experience are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and support a PBS Leadership Team promoting a system-wide commitment to Positive Behavioral Supports.
  • Develop and implement Functional Behavioral Assessments and Positive Behavioral Supports plans.
  • Train staff in treatment plan implementation and monitor individual treatment plan progress.
  • Responsible for the oversight, supervision, and quality assurance of Clinical Services in the Community Developmental Services Division.
  • Provide support and training for all Day Habilitation and community placements to ensure continuity of care.
