Qualifications:
- A degree from an accredited institution in health science, physical education, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications may substitute for a degree, including ACSM, ACE, or NSCA.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in the fitness and health sector, directly assisting clients in reaching their fitness objectives.

Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A friendly, enthusiastic demeanor with a professional appearance.
- Ability to quickly build relationships and acquire new skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.

Additional Information:
- Must complete CPR/First Aid certifications within the first 90 days of employment.
- Experience in managing a fitness facility is highly valued.
