We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Shift Leader to join our team at Carl's Jr. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Crew Members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Crew Members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensure excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and resolving any issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety procedures
  • Train and develop Crew Members to improve their skills and performance
  • Monitor and maintain proper staffing levels and labor costs
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a food handler's permit or obtain one within 30 days of starting
  • Possess basic math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
