Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with various musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Integrate patient education and discharge planning into the treatment process to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Engage patients in meaningful and functional goal-directed therapy activities to promote independence and self-efficacy.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA and documentation compliance standards.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with the treatment team regarding patient status, changes, progress, and recommendations.
  • Supervise and train students and Rehab Aides, serving as a resource for colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the team regarding clinical coverage needs for the department.
  • Follow departmental policies for documentation, billing, and continuing education.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in all interactions.
  • Attend staff meetings and continuing education sessions to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • Physical Therapy license in MA.
  • Experience in sports medicine or orthopedic clinical specialization preferred.
  • Recent graduates considered.
