Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Cynet Health. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging department.

Job Summary:

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures, including SPECT/CT and PET scans. You will work closely with our team of radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform imaging procedures using SPECT/CT and PET scanners
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including administering medications and positioning patients
  • Operate imaging equipment, including SPECT/CT and PET scanners
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and results
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • Current registration in Nuclear Medicine (NMTCB or ARRT (NM))
  • At least one of the following advanced certifications and current registries: NMTCB(PET), NMTCB(NCT), ARRT(CT), ARRT(MR)
  • NIH Human Subjects Protection in Research Certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or CPR
  • Bachelor's of Science in a scientific field with a certificate in Nuclear Medicine Technology from an accredited academic program or an Associate's Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from an accredited academic program plus 2 years of experience
