Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Barback to join our team at Beachhousehhi. As a Barback, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar area.

Key Responsibilities

• Restock the bar area with liquor, beer, and other supplies to ensure a fully stocked bar at all times.
• Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, and replenish cleaning rags at each bartender station.
• Assist bartenders with opening and closing shift tasks, including tracking inventory levels and putting away shipments.
• Clean and maintain the bar area, including counters, furniture, and tables.
• Take out the trash and recycling throughout service and clean spills and mop behind the bar.
• Assist with changing beer kegs and restocking liquor bottles.

Requirements

• Available to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be self-driven and able to problem-solve.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to help where needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift full kegs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work in heat and sun.
