Job Summary

The Sr Pharmacy Tech Fulfillment is a critical role within American Life Pharmacy, responsible for providing order processing support and assisting in the preparation and distribution of prescription medication via the fulfillment system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee inventory management and communicate supply information and related needs to relevant departments.
  • Assist with new hire and departmental training, ensuring seamless onboarding and knowledge transfer.
  • Provide primary support and resolution for escalated issues and challenging cases, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct quality monitoring and audits to maintain high standards of service and compliance.
  • Participate in special projects as needed, contributing to the growth and improvement of the pharmacy team.
  • Provide temporary backup to the department Supervisor, ensuring continuity of operations.
  • Perform other responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictate, adapting to changing priorities and needs.
  • Senior Level is a certified and/or licensed position, requiring a strong foundation in pharmacy practices and regulations.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Salary: $26-$35 per hour
