We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Weiblinger's Residential Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the growth, care, and development of individuals living in our residential service locations.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the creation of a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for all assigned individuals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans, assessments, and goals.
- Monitor and track staff performance, conducting annual evaluations as required.
- Implement and monitor all agency policies and procedures, including medication management, emergency response, and incident reporting.
- Collaborate with families, care providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.
- Participate in new hire, monthly, and annual training as required by agency regulations.
- Ensure adherence to agency, county, state, and federal regulations.
- Minimum 4 years' experience working with individuals with patient care required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and use of personal vehicle required.
This position requires a 40-hour workweek, with varying days and hours, including weekends and holidays. On-call responsibilities are also required.
