Job Summary: As a Culinary Team Member, you will prepare food in compliance with all relevant federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring high-quality service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality dishes according to standardized recipes to meet production and service schedules.
  • Ensure meals are served or prepared for delivery with correct portioning and presentation, maintaining appropriate temperatures and flavors.
  • Follow established procedures for ticket collection during service and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safe food-handling practices.

  • Assist with production planning and inventory management as needed.
  • Participate in ordering and receiving food and supplies.
  • Report maintenance needs or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Engage in safety and in-service training sessions.
  • Foster positive relationships with coworkers and management.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Relevant food safety certifications may be required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
