Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Consumer Care Representative to join our team at Crayola. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences to our consumers, resolving inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consumer Engagement: Respond to a broad range of consumer inquiries and complaints, protecting the Crayola brand and providing personalized service experiences.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new products and programs through ongoing training and coaching, ensuring you have the expertise to address consumer questions and concerns.
  • Trend Identification: Analyze consumer feedback and data to identify trends and provide early indicators of consumer perceptions or potential problems with products, programs, or promotions.
  • Communication: Utilize advanced engagement techniques to offer a highly personalized service experience, including language translation services to assist non-English speaking consumers.
  • Problem Resolution: Negotiate and resolve liability claims up to $250, providing restitution for property damages or gestures of goodwill.
  • Project Support: Complete assigned projects to support key company initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of Crayola.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, including active listening, comprehension, and creative business writing. Ability to identify trends and present to internal business partners.
  • Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Office 365.
