  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including case notes and Medicaid records.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, contributing to the planning and implementation of recreational, educational, and vocational activities.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients, motivating and encouraging them to complete required treatment activities.
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all individuals.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with community professionals, including NSHC staff and personnel from other agencies.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as healthcare or social work.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Current certifications in BLS/CPR, First Aid, and Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
