Position Overview

Security Clearance: Must possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance

Work Arrangement: Onsite presence required

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the management and operation of a virtualized Microsoft (MS) environment.
  • Conducting daily system evaluations, monitoring events through various management tools, and executing server patch management.
  • Alerting Government representatives regarding any performance issues within the operating environment.
  • Performing system audit reviews and necessary maintenance tasks to uphold system integrity.
  • Collaborating with other teams to address incidents or events affecting systems and supporting infrastructure.
  • Complying with change control standards and procedures, employing effective problem resolution and troubleshooting techniques, and utilizing remote server management tools.
Qualifications

Education & Certifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
  • VMware Certified Associate (VCA) certification
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
  • One of the following certifications is required: CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIG, CCSP

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory (AD), clustering, Domain Name System (DNS), and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).
