The Role of a Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Operate computerized systems to manage rentals, track inventory, and process payments.
  • Conduct inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Lift heavy objects, operate a forklift, and perform other physical tasks as necessary.
  • Travel to different locations within a given area, as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to customer transactions and product sales.
  • Suggest solutions to customer complaints or issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
