Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

At Lighthouse Therapeutics, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating behavior intervention services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-quality ABA programs for clients
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and other team members
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure effective client care
• Manage daily operations of ABA services, including documentation and compliance
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current in the field of ABA

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• 2-3 years of experience working as a BCBA, with experience in program management and staff supervision
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ability to apply them in various clinical settings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and documentation

Preferred Skills:

• Experience coordinating ABA services in a clinical or school setting
• Knowledge of billing, insurance, and compliance procedures related to ABA therapy
• Bilingual skills (if applicable)

Work Environment:

This position may require work in clinical settings or schools. Some local travel may be required to oversee client services. The BCBA Coordinator may also participate in remote meetings and data analysis when appropriate.
