About This Role
The successful candidate will play a key part in the development and delivery of our battery products. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, testing and adjusting manufacturing machinery or equipment, using any combination of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or computer technologies. You will also be responsible for influencing and inspiring change, while ensuring that safety and quality considerations are always paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Setup, test and adjust manufacturing machinery or equipment, using any combination of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or computer technologies.
  2. Use manufacturing technician skills to influence and inspire change, while ensuring that safety and quality considerations are always paramount.
  3. Work across the organization to foster continuous improvement for long-term success.
  4. Assembly of lithium-ion batteries that are utilized in a variety of industries including automotive, non-automotive power equipment and home/business stationary storage.
  5. Working as a member of various workstations along an assembly process in cell assembly, pack, material handling or other groups to produce lithium-ion batteries.
  6. Assignment to different workstations/rotations as production needs require.
  7. Sharing ideas and making recommendations on process design and manufacturing improvements to resolve issues, further increase product quality and maintain cost competitiveness.
