You will also be responsible for influencing and inspiring change, while ensuring that safety and quality considerations are always paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup, test and adjust manufacturing machinery or equipment, using any combination of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or computer technologies.
- Use manufacturing technician skills to influence and inspire change, while ensuring that safety and quality considerations are always paramount.
- Work across the organization to foster continuous improvement for long-term success.
- Assembly of lithium-ion batteries that are utilized in a variety of industries including automotive, non-automotive power equipment and home/business stationary storage.
- Working as a member of various workstations along an assembly process in cell assembly, pack, material handling or other groups to produce lithium-ion batteries.
- Assignment to different workstations/rotations as production needs require.
- Sharing ideas and making recommendations on process design and manufacturing improvements to resolve issues, further increase product quality and maintain cost competitiveness.
