Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide physical and psychological support to patients and families.
- Document all nursing care data concisely, accurately, and completely in a timely manner, using the appropriate format.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other team members.
- Participate in special assignments and Quality Improvement projects.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of NC.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Ability to be flexible, organized, and function under stressful and emergency situations.
- Exhibits professionalism at all times, showing respect and dignity to all.
- Competitive pay commensurate with experience.
- Full-time, night shift position in Med/Surg.
