Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Stucco/Plaster Technician to join our team at Crownco Construction. As a key member of our warranty department, you will be responsible for preparing and applying stucco or plaster to new homes or multi-family units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Color match and repair stucco or plaster defects
• Apply coats of stucco or plaster to walls, ceilings, or partitions of buildings
• Mix mortar and plaster to desired consistency
• Create decorative textures in finish coat
• Apply insulation to building exteriors
• Cure freshly plastered or stucco frames
• Clean and prepare surfaces for application and drywall taping
• Rough the undercoat surface with a scratcher
• Apply weatherproof, decorative coverings to exterior surfaces of buildings

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on or journeyman level stucco or plaster experience
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work full-time in the outside elements
• Ability to lift, move, and/or carry items in excess of 50 lbs
