Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Specialist to join our team at Pic the Gift. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional attitude and providing technical expertise in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to facility work orders and perform standard preventive maintenance on all building systems, roofs, safety and monitoring systems, and equipment.
  • Schedule and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with other department leaders and actively participate in management meetings to make recommendations for team or process changes.
  • Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. College Degree or transferable experience and college coursework is preferred.
  • Character traits include integrity, kindness, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
  • General knowledge of electrical schematics, troubleshooting, and mechanical equipment including hydraulics, air compressors, conveyor systems, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
