Key Responsibilities

As a Fine Jewelry Store Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the balance between providing a high-quality employee and guest experience, and achieving financial goals. This includes developing sales forecasts, creating schedules, monitoring business performance, reviewing inventory levels, and implementing operations and financial action plans.

You will also be expected to champion and implement company-wide promotions, product launches, and jewelry releases, ensuring that the team executes and measures the impact of local promotions. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business planning and be able to maintain brand operating standards.
