Job Title: Bilingual Therapist

At National Youth Advocate Program, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will work closely with minors, foster families, and community partners to provide counseling, therapy, and support services.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, clinical experience, and be licensed or eligible for licensure. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, service plans, and screenings, as well as providing individual, group, and family mental health services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, service plans, and screenings for minors and families
  • Provide individual, group, and family mental health services
  • Work closely with foster families, sponsor families, and community partners
  • Travel to foster family and sponsor homes to provide in-home services
  • Assist in placement efforts with minors' sponsor or other permanent living arrangement

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work with clinical experience and licensure
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work flexible and non-traditional hours
