Job Overview

Cardinal Staffing Services, Inc. is actively seeking Bilingual Warehouse Associates for a prominent client. This role involves working in a dynamic distribution setting, engaging in various warehouse functions, including:

At Cardinal Staffing, we value our employees. All temporary-to-permanent staff members receive competitive pay starting at $16.50 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Additionally, we offer generous referral bonuses upon hire.

Available Shifts: Sunday-Thursday, 5 PM - 5 AM. Overtime opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:
  • Efficiently pick, pull, and prepare orders while keeping the shipping and receiving area organized.
  • Handle inbound and outbound shipments with care.
  • Load and unload pallets, ensuring accurate scanning into the inventory control system using RF Scanners.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, hydraulic jacks, RF Scanners, computers, and handheld printers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and perform maintenance duties, reporting any unsafe conditions.
Qualifications Required:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
