Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring that every guest receives a perfect dining experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests who speak the primary language of the work location.
  • Operate computer systems to input order information accurately and efficiently.
  • Be guest-sensitive and possess a sense of timing to serve different elements of the dining experience at the right time.
  • Stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours in length.
  • Perform tasks that require a good sense of balance, bending, kneeling, and lifting bus-tubs and trays frequently weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor, and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room and kitchen about 40 times per shift.
  • Follow proper uniform standards and have the opportunity to cross-train into multiple positions.
