Position Overview

ASRC Federal Holding Company is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Lead to join our team. This role is essential for overseeing the maintenance operations within our organization, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally and efficiently. The Facilities Maintenance Lead will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance personnel and will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor maintenance staff and operators to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Oversee multiple maintenance, modification, and repair initiatives across various systems and subsystems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and inspectors to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Assess labor and resource needs for ongoing projects.
  • Develop and enforce maintenance protocols to improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex systems or subsystems to identify necessary repair or installation services.
  • Areas of focus may include:
    • Electronic systems and subsystems
    • Communication systems
    • Computer hardware
    • Aerospace systems and subsystems
Qualifications

Essential Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field or completion of a two-year technical program with certification.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Security Clearance

A Secret clearance is a prerequisite for this position.
