We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and performing various clinical tasks. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and health details.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
- Monitor patient food and liquid intake and output.
- Valid LPN state license.
- Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
- Ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
