**Job Summary**

Associates Asset Recovery is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Lot Attendant. This role is responsible for handling post-repossession activities, including vehicle redemptions, personal property inventory, and storage.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare vehicle redemptions and personal property inventory
  • Store and maintain vehicles in a secure and organized manner
  • Assist with vehicle transport and logistics
  • Perform general office functions, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, including groundskeeping and debris removal

**Requirements:**

  • At least 24 years of age for insurance purposes
  • No more than 2 driving infractions within the last 3 years
  • No felony criminal history
