Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage staff to provide exceptional resident care and services.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and other department managers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and standards.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to our mission and core values.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and/or bend for periods of up to eight hours with breaks.
