Position Overview:

  • As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will gain valuable hands-on experience in patient care, working closely with nurses and other dedicated professionals committed to making a positive difference.
  • Not yet certified? We offer paid training on the job and will cover the costs for you to take the state certification exam. No college degree is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the guidance of a licensed nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) delivers direct personal care and services to residents within the skilled nursing facility.
  • The CNA should possess a genuine desire to provide top-quality daily care and to build meaningful relationships with our elderly residents.
  • The CNA must be capable of delivering care in a dynamic environment while working collaboratively with the team.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Certification Requirements:

  • Certification as a nursing assistant in the State of South Dakota is mandatory. If not already certified, you must obtain certification within 120 days of employment.
  • Medication Aide Certification is required. If not certified, you must achieve this within 120 days of starting the position.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible shifts; 16 hours over two weeks.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

  • $25.25 per hour
