Emerald Health Services is seeking a Travel Interventional Radiology Technician.

Shift Details: Day shifts, 7 AM to 5 PM, 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, with mandatory on-call duties.

Contract Duration: 12 weeks

On-call responsibilities occur every 4-5 weeks, requiring availability for 7 days starting Monday evening.
Candidates must be able to arrive at the facility within 30 minutes for trauma situations.

Qualifications:
  • Valid New Jersey License
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • At least 1 year of prior experience as a licensed Radiology Technician is mandatory
  • Experience in Interventional Radiology is essential
  • Proficient understanding of both floor and ceiling-mounted fluoroscopic equipment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • BLS Certification
  • ARRT Certification
  • Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program is preferred
Required Skills:
  • Ability to identify, retrieve, and manage complex products during interventional procedures.
  • Critical thinking skills during interventional and complex cases to support the proceduralist.
  • Proficient in operating power injection devices for iodinated contrast media during diagnostic and interventional tasks.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records documentation and image transmission to Sectra/PACs systems.
