Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, in accordance with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the patient's physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
* Administer medications and treatments, monitor for side effects, and document patient history, symptoms, and care provided.
* Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers, identifying issues and resources.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
* 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred.
* RN License in state of employment or compact.
* BLS required.
Work Schedule and Type:
* Varied, Part Time.
