Job Summary:
The Concessions Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional service while preparing and serving beverages to customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to greet patrons warmly, answer inquiries, and recommend menu items. Additionally, the Bartender will manage stock requisition and maintain cleanliness in the service area.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Verify stock levels by counting and reconciling with the stand sheet.
2. Ensure the service area is well-stocked and organized.
3. Efficiently process guest orders using the POS and credit card systems.
4. Confirm that guests are of legal drinking age by checking valid identification.
5. Mitigate potential issues by encouraging responsible drinking and safe transportation options for guests.
6. Utilize new cups for each beverage and complete sanitation worksheets as required.
7. Maintain accurate records of stock and sales, including end-of-shift counts.
8. Clear and clean the bar area after service.
9. Prepare stock for upcoming events.
10. Report tips accurately during clock-out.

Essential Duties:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and engage actively with guests.
- Reach with hands and arms for a significant portion of the shift.
- Capable of standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as needed.
- React promptly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Demonstrate the physical stamina required to remain mobile throughout the day.
- Lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
