Your Role

As the initial point of contact at VCA, the Client Service Representative establishes the atmosphere for the practice, fostering trust and confidence among our clientele. The CSR is essential to the hospital's operations and is responsible for:

Providing customer service, including welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and directing clients and their pets to examination rooms. Coordinating and confirming appointments. Making outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to potential clients. Presenting and clarifying fees, including processing payments.
