Job Description

Oregon Food Bank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Branch Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in our mission to eliminate hunger and its root causes.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Managing inventory levels and tracking shipments
  • Coordinating logistics and transportation schedules
  • Providing customer service to donors and partner agencies
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous warehouse experience, preferably with grocery and fresh/frozen products
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Safe driving record and ability to use personal vehicle for work
