Sherwin-Williams Store Associate Job Description

As a Store Associate at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Ensuring that sales transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate work order files and ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
  • Stocking shelves and setting up displays to create an attractive and well-organized store environment.
  • Cleaning store equipment and loading and unloading trucks as needed.
