Job Overview

Mister Sparky of Aurora, IL is seeking a skilled Residential Electrician Technician to join our team. With a competitive salary of $90,000 - $140,000 per year, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced electricians to advance their careers.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Performing and coordinating the installation and service of electrical products and services in residential and light commercial settings
  2. Determining the general condition of all electrical equipment, troubleshooting electrical malfunctions, and determining the extent of necessary repairs
  3. Working with blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications to ensure high-quality workmanship
  4. Identifying proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects
  5. Using the Straight Forward Pricing Guide to accurately present repair or installation options and completing safety inspections

Successful candidates will possess:

  • At least 3 years of verifiable residential electrician experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients about issues and provide accurate solutions
